Austria - C1 Alpine Course

I joined a basic Snow and Ice course in the Austrian Alps with a group from Bergsportreizen, the travel organization of the NKBV. We learned the essentials of glacier travel and how to move safely with crampons and an ice axe. Days were spent among towering peaks and vast glaciers, while nights brought rest in the Oberwalderhütte. Five days filled with challenge, adventure, and unforgettable alpine views.
